Eligibility Period

Within Jeddah
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Outside Jeddah
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of receipt.

Requests submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible for return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in 100% original condition

  • The product must be unused and untried

  • Free from scratches, damage, or any signs of use

  • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, cards, and inserts

  • The original invoice must be provided

    • For online purchases, valid proof of payment is required

Any product showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for another available product of:

    • Equal value, or

    • Higher value, subject to payment of the price difference

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products (engraving or special requests)

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling

Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage

If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt

  • Clear photos or evidence must be provided

Upon verification, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Personal preference returns or exchanges:
    Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Manufacturing defects or order fulfillment errors:
    Shipping costs are fully covered by Arabian Blade.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Processing time is 7–14 business days, depending on bank procedures

  • Any non-refundable shipping or banking fees may be deducted, if applicable
